What does the £20 VIP ticket include?

VIP guests enjoy priority mini consultations, an upgraded goodie bag and a complimentary Meicet MC10 skin analysis. The £20 is fully redeemable against any treatment booked on the day or CellDerma skincare purchase.

Can I attend for free?

Yes. There will some limited Free RSVP tickets which include (staggered) entry, refreshments, access to live demos and event-only special offers.

Where is the event taking place?

At Millennium Aesthetics Clinic, South Woodford (E18). We’re a short walk from South Woodford Tube Station (Central Line). Local free parking as well as paid parking (in Derby Road) available. The clinic is situated behind Churchfield Pharmacy. Full details are in your confirmation email.

Will there be live demonstrations?

Yes. Dr Robina Jan will perform live skin treatment demos so you can see how treatments work in practice. Please let us know if there is a particular treatment you would like to see in action.

Can I bring a guest?

Each ticket admits one guest. Friends are very welcome but will need their own ticket so we can manage numbers comfortably.

Do I need to book treatments on the day?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. You’re welcome to attend just to learn. Many guests do choose to book on the day to secure exclusive anniversary offers.

Will there be photography/social media

General event photography may be taken and we may participate in an Instagram Live - please let us know if you have any reservations about being included in social media or photos of the event.

Are there staggered arrival times?

We would like to encourage flexibility, however, it would be very help ful- to ensure a smooth flow - if you could kindly arrive at your booked slot shown on your Eventbrite ticket.

Could I bring children & pets?

As this is a clinical environment, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought to the event.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual is absolutely fine. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Arrival time - can we arrive when we wish?

To ensure a smooth flow, some arrivals will be staggered. Please arrive at your booked time slot as indicated on your Eventbrite ticket.

Light drinks and nibbles will be served throughout the event - please let us know in advance if you have any allergies.

What if I purchase a ticket and then am unable to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

We would love to have you there but if, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to attend the event then please do not worry - the redeemable ticket fee + free facial can still be claimed afterwards - just kindly let us know so that we can manage catering, tickets, etc. accordingly.
