Good news the next Glug Leeds is just around the corner, and it’s a student special - dedicated to welcoming and inspiring students & fresh graduates. This one’s for those still exploring pathways into the creative and digital industry, and for anyone looking to turn their passions into paychecks.
Our wonderful speakers will be here to share their unique insights, experiences & top tips; what worked & what didn't on their journey from education to employment.

Yorkshire based one-Woman show & multi-disciplinary artist, bringing joy to all ages.
Since graduating from Leeds University & Leeds Arts University with a 1st class MA, Bobbi has worked with a great deal of local and national clients and has presented work at exhibitions across the UK.You'll usually find her drawing away in her studio, out painting a mural, or at one of the many independent art markets in and around Leeds.

Steve Clarkson is a passionate writer and founder of Found Fiction, a global publishing collective connecting writers and readers worldwide.Found Fiction prints short stories by around 100 writers – in three languages – and distributes them in public spaces forpeople to find and share using the #foundfiction hashtag.
David Lindsay, Photography

David began his life in photography at the age of 21, borrowing an Olympus OM10 film SLR from his grandfather. He attended Leeds Arts University from 2005 to 2007, studying for a HND Photography after leaving a 7 year career behind in the financial services industry. After 12 years as a professional David works with clients from across a wide variety of sectors, including construction, events and education, and for clients such as Sky Bet, Leeds City Council and Yorkshire Tea. David now pursues work mostly in the arts world, working with Leeds Playhouse, The Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Leeds Museums & Galleries plus artists and makers from around the UK. David spends his spare time walking with his Patterdale terrier Serge, going to the theatre, growing veggies and feeding a garden power tools habit.
