A small group training session dedicated to building:

💪🏽 Lower body shape!
💪🏽 Confidence inside and out of the gym!
This is for you if you want to:
🚀 Learn and perfect your lifting technique in a small group environment whilst helping and encouraging eachother.
🚀 Challenge yourself and push your strength past limits you thought were possible, safely.
Classes are £10 per class to be paid on the day via cash or bank transfer.
