Each month there is a new pasta to learn, new flours and flavours to explore. A brief introduction to the history of pasta and why there are 2 ways of making pasta (egg and egg-free) Learn to mix different gluten-free flours (according to the pasta of the month) and other ingredients, the best ways of kneading, and all the secrets to obtaining a perfect gluten-free dough Cooking demonstration of the sauce that will be served with the pasta Handle, pull, and fold the delicate gluten-free dough to obtain the pasta shape of the month (no machine used) The best cooking technique for the perfect pasta al dente Enjoy the delicious fruits of your labour together with the other guests, Italian style. All equipment (minus an apron) and ingredients provided.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Anybody is welcome to join my classes. Children are welcome to join with their parents, but the recommended minimum age is 8 years old, as younger children might find the activity difficult.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

South Western Train to Brentford Station (departs from Waterloo & Clapham Junction)

Piccadilly Line (Heathrow branch) to Northfields Station

Limited free parking is available.

What can I bring into the event?

You are very welcome to bring your own wine or other alcohol.

What's the refund policy?

Guests can request a refund up to 7 days before the events. As per T&C, Eventbrite won't refund its fees, which are about 10% of the total price.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but it's advised.
