You will be amazed at just a little extra baking knowledge can transform classic recipes into a gluten-free versions, whether they be shortcrust pastry or cakes.

Good Housekeeping Triple-Tested Recipes: Lemon and Blueberry Polenta Cake, Gluten-Free Quiche, Chocolate Cake.

The course includes practical tuition from our trusted GHI chef tutors, recipes and ingredients, plus refreshments. Aprons and cooking equipment are provided for you to use on the day.
