How much are tickets?

Tickets are £4.00 per adult (16 years and over) and payment is required at the time of booking. Tickets for anyone under 16 years are free. Please make sure you select the correct number of junior tickets via the ADD ON feature for the correct session.

Do I need to purchase a ticket to meet Becky Excell and/or Sarah Howells?

Becky Excell and Sarah Howell's Meet and Greet sessions are available during each session on a timed ticket basis. Timed tickets are free and are limited to 1 ticket per order/group. Tickets are available via the ADD ON feature. Please ensure you select a slot corresponding to your session time.

Are dogs allowed at the event?

Only service dogs are allowed to the Gluten Free Food Market.

Question 5

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes all tickets will be required (Adult, Junior and meet and greet sessions), we will be scanning tickets on the door and those without tickets will be asked to join a registration queue which may delay your entry to the event. Tickets can be printed or displayed on your smartphone.

What are the entry and exit times to the event?

You can arrive anytime during the session time on your ticket however you will need to leave the event by the end of the session time. This is to allow all exhibitors to restock for the following session and, due to capacity requirements, allow entry for the attendees booked for the other sessions.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is close to several public transport links. And some paid parking is available at the venue. Any updated information will be included here.

Are tickets available to purchase on the door?

Accepted Answer

This may be possible however we cannot guarantee there will be capacity for the session if you do not already have a ticket.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All ages are welcome although  ID may be required in order to purchase or sample from some stands.

I'd like to help out on the day. How do I volunteer?

What about photography and videography?

There will be photography and videography taken at the event by our in house team which will be use across our print and digital channels.

How do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you decide at a later date that you are no longer able to attend you can request a refund (less the Eventbrite fees) up to 7 days before the event. Refund requests received  after 8 November 2025 will still be charged.

Question 13

What is the quieter browsing session and how do I get a ticket?

Accepted Answer

If you have accessibility requirements and would prefer to attend for the quieter session time please get in touch at festival@coeliac.uk. This ticket offers a one hour browsing session ahead of the 2pm session. There are also separate Becky Excell and Sarah Howells meet and greet tickets available.
