University of Warwick London Alumni presents a unique opportunity to unleash the Tarzan within you. On May 18, 2013, we are organising a fun filled Tree Top Adventure day out at Go Ape Trent Park (near Enfield), (accessible by car or Tube).
You will spend 2 – 3 hours flying down zip-wires, leaping off swings, tackling rope ladders and crossings, tunnels and bridges whilst enjoying Britain’s most breathtaking scenery. After which we enjoy the beauty of the Trent Park at our leisure and let the spring breeze warm our sprits as we bid farewell to the cold winter.
The event is open to all Warwick Alumni, their family and friends. Each participant must be:
Above 10 years old or above 1.4 meters in height (4 feet 7 inches)
Less than 20.5 stones (130 kgs)
...and have a Tarzan within them to unleash

How to get there
Go Ape Trent Country Park,
Cockfosters Road, Cockfosters - EN4 0PS
Leave the M25 at junction 24 and take the Stagg Hill/Cockfosters Road (A111). Continue for approximately 2.5 miles on the A111 and head straight over 3 roundabouts. Turn left into the main entrance of Trent Country Park. Sometimes your sat-nav will try and send you to another entrance - make sure you join us from Cockfosters Road. The main entrance to Trent Country Park is not signposted to Go Ape so you'll need to keep a look out for us.
It's just a 10 minute walk from Cockfosters tube station. As you leave the underground station by the nearest exit, turn right and walk up Cockfosters Road (A111, heading away from the shops). Trent Country Park is on your right hand side approximately 400 metres along. Follow the park road and you will soon see Go Ape on the right.
When & Where
Warwick London Alumni Network (W.L.A.N)
The Warwick London Alumni Network (W.L.A.N) was formed in late 2009. We develop relationships amongst members and offer a balanced programme of business-oriented and social events for alumni and others with connections to Warwick and WBS.
The aim of the group is to build on the work of the Corporate Relations Team to create an identity & meeting place for London based Warwick graduates (both University & Business School).
We seek to encourage graduate engagement by organising interesting and fun events and other initiatives so that they too may give something back that will benefit the wider Warwick graduate community in London.
Don't let the Warwick experience end just because you have graduated ;)
