Kier are excited about the launch of the CITB funded Go Construct Engage Programme and 3 regional 'Train the Trainer' events being rolled out across Wales in 2020.

In response to consultation carried out with schools and industry partners across Wales in 2017, in partnership with CITB, our national steering group and education & technology specialists 'Aspire 2 Be' we have developed an index of free educational resources and a supplementary training and advice guide to improve partnerships and engagement with primary, secondary schools and alternative education providers across Wales.

The resources will enhance partnerships and collaborative working across the industry to improve the perception of Construction and address the future skills gap. More personal to your own organisation/business, this will also be an opportunity to improve community benefits delivery, staff CPD and social value impact in the areas that you work.
