Event description

Enterprise Nation's fourth mission of 2016 will be to New York. The trip is a retail focused mission offering UK retail business owners the chance to meet with online marketplaces, bricks and mortar stores and retail tech innovators to help you discover, explore and successfully enter the US market.

The US remains the undisputed leader of the retail industry, accounting for almost 30% of the world’s consumer market and with an expenditure of $10 trillion. It's the ideal environment for UK retail businesses to look to as an export market. Following the Brexit decision the time now is better than ever to export to the US in view of the current exchange rate.

The three day, two-night mission from 3-5 October is open to just 25 retail brands.
The programme includes visits to Etsy, Skype and Bing, exclusive tours around two retail stores in Manhattan, visits to retail concept shops and a city centre pop-up giving you a real opportunity to test the market and make sales.

You'll meet buyers, bloggers and fellow retail entrepreneurs on a mission that's been created to ensure you:
  • discover how to do business in the US
  • meet buyers and retailers
  • make sales and connections as part of a pop-up showcase
  • form collaborations with US partners and fellow mission go-ers
Book your ticket now to secure a place on what is set to be a productive and profitable mission.

Updates to the programme will be announced to mission go-ers via @e_nation on Twitter, with the #GoGlobalNYC hashtag and on the Enterprise Nation blog.
