Creativity is going to be what keeps us all in the game. With new ideas comes the opportunity to be the online lead in our field instead of getting lost in the waves of social media sameness. However, how do we even begin with questioning, analysing and innovating with our existing social media? What is a good idea? What is a bad idea? And why should we all become better creative thinkers? Creativity Director, Chloe Ambrose, will tell us that and more in this short talk on sustaining freshness and avoiding stagnation online.
Meet Chloe, an unapologetic-wearer of colours and self-diagnosed ADHD founder of company Creative Strides. In her 10 years working in social media agencies and in-house marketing teams, Chloe came to a realisation...very little businesses are navigating creativity effectively! Which she found after implementing new idea after new idea in every new business she joined, which saw their marketing success climb. However, implementing more creativity wasn't that easy. To introduce new ideas she needed to be confident in herself and have an awareness of others, regardless of her marketing skills, bringing about her coined Creativity Director title. A Creativity Director is therefore someone who directs the internal and external creativity of marketing teams by un-scrunching their minds and marketing efforts, putting them in a better headspace to action more effective ideas.
