LYR brings Go Row to the Royal Docks, and making rowing more accessible for all whether you’re a complete beginner or a rowing pro, Go Row Indoor has something for you!

All you need to do is book a ticket, turn up in clothing its comfortable to exercise in and bring a water bottle.
