What about equipment?

No worries there, all mats and props are included for the workshop. From bolsters to blocks and straps for asana practice and eye pillows to blankets for savasana.

What do I need to bring?

A positive and open mind, comfy clothes, a drinks bottle, maybe a small, personal towel, sunscreen & sunglasses for our mindful walk, and a well deserved snack for when you're done!

What's a juicing experience?

An opportunity to experience cold pressed juice straight from whole fruits and veggies delivered to your mat at the end of savasana in a traditional ayurvedic copper cup. Packed with essential nutrients, antioxidants & enzymes to help further detox the body whilst stimulating the digestive system.

What kind of yoga will it be?

A gentle and all inclusive vinyasa flow. Starting with breathing techniques & sun salutations as a traditional warm up, a carefully selected mix of postures for the body & mind, with some challenging balancing poses. Finishing with extended savasana & guided meditative visualization.

What is mindful walking?

It's an exercise in presence. To be mindful of every step. Barefoot and feeling connected to the earth, as we stroll through the enchanting vineyards and down to the secluded lake.
