Description

Dietitian and author of Happy Gut Guide, Laura Tilt brings you the lowdown on why gut health matters and how to take care of yours. Learn about the signs of a happy healthy gut, the lowdown on the microbiome, and where fermented foods and probiotics fit in to the gut health picture.

Awareness has increased recently of the connection between our gut health and our overall wellbeing, during this morning's workshop, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss what small changes you can make to improve your own health and energy levels.

Join us afterwards for nutritious Coppa Club lunch which will be served in The Lodge event space so that we can continue our chat.
