A personal meet and greet of our gorgeous goats, many of whom moved in after the sad closure of “Rays Farm” and others that have been saved from slaughter. You will have the farm to yourself during your visit.
Your visit will start with an introduction to the goats, meeting the many different breeds and learning about their individual personalities from our friendly and informative animal handlers.
You will then be able to feed the goats and take them on a short walk around the farm. For rainy days, when goats refuse to walk or for those guests with limited mobility, there will be the option of grooming the goats instead.
You will have the opportunity to enter the goat barn and be completely surrounded by goats, this is completely optional.
Visit includes a hot drink (tea, coffee, hot chocolate) or a squash , as well as a bag of feed for each guest to feed the goats.
For an added extra of £10 you can chooses to walk Cozmo the Alpaca with the goats. He is lovely and will happily walk along side the goats as he was raised with goats and thinks he is one! Please choose this as you check out.
All goat therapy visitors must be over 5 years old, and children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
We can accommodate groups of 2-8 people in these personalised sessions.
£20 per person (minimum 2) or £15 per person for a group of 8.
Many goats already have kids ready to meet you!
Please come in approprite clothing and footwear for the weather, we recommend tying hair back as goats will nibble.
Please note we allow up to an hour for these sessions.
