GoCricket May 3rd Bank Holiday Camp

About this Event
The Team at GoCricket are back with some bank holiday, fun cricketing activities at Cranleigh Cricket Club. Led by Paul Farris & Jack Scriven, Level 2 coaches, this camp is open to boys and girls from 6 - 15 years. Open to all (not just club members).
The children will be split into appropriate age groups so they can enjoy loads of fun with their friends. The day will be full of variety, featuring skills training, tactics and match play as well as general fitness, co-ordination and other fun activities.
Days start at 9.30am and finish at 3pm.

- Batting, Bowling, Fielding & Wicket-Keeping Skills at All Levels
- Superb Cricket Nets (optional hard ball practice from U10's upwards)
- Fitness, Balance & Strength Challenges (age appropriate)
- Adhering to Latest Government Coronavirus Guidelines
- Match-Play (Strategy, Tactics & Field Placings)
- Groups Split According to Age Profile on Each Day
- Bad Weather/ Other Sport Contingencies: Indoor & Covered Spaces
At the camps, your kids will need:
- Packed lunch and snacks (no nuts please)
- Their ticket!
- Water bottle
- Non- Spiked shoes for using the nets
- Their cricket kit (remember pads, box's and gloves if they play hard-ball!)
- Pair of shoes for indoor use
- Warm clothing (we will be outside the majority of the time!)
- Water-proofs and changes of clothes just in case!
- Football boots in case weather is very poor and we play some football instead.
- Optional mask for when inside
