Connect by the sacred circle with essential oil blends, oracle cards, an abundance of candles, incense, roses, crystals before we begin in meditation , with relaxing breathing in a moment to pause and connect
Gentle yoga and floor based intuitive embodiment drops us from the mind into the body before we begin a dance journey with no set dance moves. You create the movements from internal expression and release whilst Shelby offers heartfelt guidance to take you on a deep spiritual journey. Destination- liberation
What to wear?
Something that makes you feel great, comfortable and happy for dancing and gentle floor based embodiment.

Free car parking, easy to find off the A12.
Wear comfortable clothes that provide flexibility and a warm layer for relaxation

• Together we create a conscious dance without mobile telephones or talking during the practice to allow you and other guests the opportunity to be fully immersed in the experience without distractions• Sorry - no children• Event for women aged from 18 years above
•No shoes in the studio
• I advise earplugs if you experience any sensitivity to loud music
• You dance at your own risk, please always modify your practice to your own needs and seek medical advice to check the offering is suitable for you if you have any injuries or concerns
