Event description

Description

You are invited to attend a free event to help stimulate conversation around death and end of life.

The free event will include a performance of God’s Waiting Room, written by Karen Bartholomew of Motormouse Productions; the performance will be followed by a short facilitated discussion session. The event is organised by Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) in partnership with Motormouse Productions.

When: 4pm on Monday, 16th October

Where: The Brook Theatre, Chatham

God’s Waiting Room tells the story of two estranged sisters, coping with the end of their mother’s life. It has been written to bring the subject of death out into the open, and will be read by professional actors, who will be available to take part in a facilitated discussion on the issues raised by the story. Healthcare professionals from Medway CCG will also be available at both performances.
