Ideally Class to be done barefoot but can be done with GRIPPED socks.

Inclusive Pilates: Mondays at 10 am

This course costs £3 per week or £24 for the 8 week course

There will be NO class on Bank Holiday Monday 1st April 2024

This fun and supportive Inclusive Pilates Class can be done seated, standing or on the floor. It is focused on helping anyone regardless of age, ability or disability become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves.

The GOGA in Action project has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to support, promote and improve physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem while developing a variety of opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to be active together.
