Come along and join in the fun, getting active with Your Leisure and GOGA at our Inclusive Tai Chi Class.

There will be NO class on Bank Holiday Friday 29th March 2024

This Tai Chi Class has been designed to be accessible for everyone and has a focus on both injury prevention and recovery. It is focused on helping anyone regardless of age, ability or disability become a stronger, fitter, more confident version of themselves in a fun and inclusive environment.

The GOGA in Action project has been funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to support, promote and improve physical and mental wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem while developing a variety of opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to be active together.
