GOGA Tayside Online Activity Programme

GOGA Tayside are providing a free Online Activity Programme.

All activities are inclusive for all abilities and levels.

You can sign up to any of our online activities by pressing the Register button above, please then select which activity/ activities you would like to attend and enter in your details.

What's on?

Tuesday | 10 – 10.45AM | All Ability Adult Strength & Balance

Wednesday |10AM - 11AM| Cuppa & Catch up (*first Wednesday of every month only)

Wednesday |6.30-7.15PM | All Ability Adult Yoga

Thursday |10-10.45AM |All Ability Adult Chair

How do I access the sessions?

The session will be aired using Zoom website/app and can be adapted to all abilities, conditions and impairments.

Head over to the Get Out Get Active Tayside Facebook and Twitter pages for a 'how to install video, this will show you how to download and use the Zoom app or how to access the website.
