Goldsmiths ID and Visa Checks for ID Card Collection
Here you can book a 1-hour slot to present your documents in-person and collect your Goldsmiths ID Card throughout Welcome Week.
In order to complete registration you are required to attend the University in-person to present your valid photo ID and any original visa documents where applicable once you have finished the enrolment process. You must do this final stage in order to successfully start your studies.
During this in person session you will also be able to collect your Goldsmiths ID Card providing you have completed Enrolment and Registration.
Please note, if these documents are not provided you will be unenrolled from your course.
Throughout Welcome Week (22-26 September) Document presentation and ID Collection will form part of the Welcome Hub and you can collect your card in the Rutherford Building (the library).
If you are unsure you can also ask a member of staff where the 'Welcome Hub' is on the day and they will happily direct you.
ID Card collection can only be completed once you are a fully enrolled student at Goldsmiths and you must present photo ID and Visa Documents (where applicable) before collecting your ID Card.
To collect your card you will need:
- To have booked a time slot.
- To have pre-uploaded a photograph*, if you have not done so already follow this link.
- Proof of your completed enrolment.
- Form of photo ID (This can be your Passport or Driving License and will need to match the details we have on record for you).
- Visa Documents if applicable.
Please book only one timeslot to collect your card and arrive anytime within your hourly slot.
If you are having issues with enrolment, get in touch via the contact form on our website.
Do not worry if you are unable to pick up your ID card on the day because you are not enrolled. There will be plenty of opportunity once you are enrolled to collect it.
* Please note: If your photograph has not come through on the system you may be asked to take another photograph on the day.
