Why Golflex is Beneficial 🏌️‍♂️

Golflex is not yoga – it’s a unique 6-week movement program, inspired by yoga but also using Pilates, physiotherapy, and functional exercises. Sessions include repetition and targeted movements to directly support your golf performance.

Increase accuracy – build focus, stability, and control in your game
Prevent injury – strengthen joints and muscles, reducing strain on back, shoulders, and hips
Improve your swing – enhance posture, flexibility, and range of motion for smoother, more powerful shots

Program Structure ⏱️

  • Weeks 1–3: Focus on balance, stamina, and mobility – building a strong foundation for your game.
  • Weeks 4–6: Focus on injury prevention – protecting your back, hips, and shoulders so you can play longer and safer.

Golflex is designed for all abilities – no need to be flexible or experienced. Just bring a mat and one of your favourite golf clubs to get started.
