About this event
Release, Relax, Recharge and Rejuvenate with a healing gong and sound journey in St Leonards East Sussex
Namaste sound bathers.
Join us for pure relaxation, and sacred sounds in the beautiful tranquil Humble Hub in St Leonards on sea. Deep blissful mediation and possibly deep healing too! This experience is different for everyone, and even different every time, always a unique journey. Totally suitable for all levels from complete newbies to sound bath fans. You lie down wrapped in a blanket, listen to the sounds and let them work their magic!! You will most likely leave feeling refreshed and fully relaxed, perhaps a little zonked out having released what no longer serves you.
Fantastic for stress relief, relaxation, insomnia and more. Many people report back as having had 'the best night's sleep' after having attended.
Odette plays Gongs and singing bowls and a variety of other therapeutic sounds which are interweaved in between the gong play. This may include shamanic drum, rattles, rainstick, native american flute, koshi chimes +++
Facilitator: Odette Kurland is a Gong master Healer Practitioner with over a decade of experience, Reiki Master and Meditation Faclititator and Laughter Yoga Teacher/Trainer and Happiness facilitator. Odette has trained with various Gong teachers including the Grand Gong Master himself Don Conreaux.
