No age limit but under 16s need to be accompanied .

Is it going to be very loud

NO. the days of banging the gong to evoke a huge nervous system response has long gone, thank goodness... I play the gongs using a range of mallets to bring out a wide range of vibrations to entrain your whole system to come into balance.
