WHAT IS IT ABOUT
The theme of this gong bath is set in the deepest of winter where we find ourselves witnessing the 'Snow Moon'. It is a time to arise with natures first stirring into spring. We are emerging from our deep winter stupors and now is an excellent time to synch with a new phase of the cycle to conceive and seed new ideas, new goals and new projects.
It is also a great opportunity to mirror this period of scarcity by trimming down and casting off that which is unwanted or unneeded. The streamlining will better help us connect with the source and bring real value to our emerging projects and activities that will grow for the coming year.

Lauren Baker is a very well known international artist and is also celebrated for the spiritual subject matter expressed in her art works. Lauren is also very active with projects for the conservation of nature. She will be providing the venue space for the Gong performance and will also be providing you with Aura Scans with proceeds going to save trees in the Amazon Jungle.
We will also have the wonderful Dan Baker, Lauren's brother who will be providing energy healing on any participants who wish to be energetically aligned. We would ask you to give reasonable contribution for this beneficial practice.

Come to an evening of a wonderful sound journey where you travel through your own inner landscape. A performance that puts you into a deep meditational state that will enable you to totally relax, de-stress and heal mentally & physically. Mark & Paul Cummings are Gong performers who work together to bring you a sonorous experience.
The virtue of two people playing the gongs allows for a binaural experience, that extends ones consciousness that much further. Our audience have described there experiences’ as: Mystical, Cosmic, Ethereal, Unworldly, Dreamlike, Ancestral, Healing, Time traveling & Profound. They also offer a practice where one can promote self-healing through meditation. There will also be a short discussion on the power of vibration.

PREPARATIONS
Bring a yoga roll matt, a small blanket and warm clothes. So you can be as comfortable as possible. The venue is centrally heated but staying warm is key.
