Using a variety of instruments, including Paiste gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Native American-style flutes, and percussion, I create rich harmonic sound vibrations that help your body resonate at a more optimal and healthy frequency.
Bring a comfortable mat, blanket & pillow to lie down on, and drinking water.
Gong Baths can relax the brain and nervous system, allowing your body to process and release stress and fatigue. They can alleviate physical pain by activating your body’s self-healing abilities. The sound vibrations may also assist your body in detoxifying its cells. On a subtle level, a relaxed mind enables you to access a meditative state, helping you rebalance and restore your sense of health and well-being.
**Contraindications:** Gong baths are generally safe; however, please keep in mind that they may not be suitable for you if you have any of the following conditions: severe osteoporosis, a recent hip or joint operation, epilepsy, a pacemaker, advanced stages of cancer, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, suffer from Ménière's disease, or experience severe tinnitus.
