Arrival & Settling In


Participants arrive and get comfortable. Light background music or silence to create a peaceful atmosphere. Each participant fills out the gong bath consent form.

5:00 PM - 5:10 PM

2. Introduction & Guidelines


Brief welcome and introduction to the session. Explain the benefits of sound therapy and what participants may experience. Encouraging an intention-setting moment.

5:10 PM - 6:10 PM

Gong Bath Session


Immersive sound journey begins. Ensure smooth transitions between different instruments, if used.

6:10 PM - 6:15 PM

Silent Integration


After the session, allow participants to rest in silence before speaking. Let them gradually return to awareness.

6:15 PM - 6:45 PM

Sharing & Closing


Offer tea or water for grounding. Open space for participants to share their experiences if they wish. Closing words and gentle farewell.
