About this event

Join our next Gong Bath Meditation session with Aleksa of Sati Healing (featuring new instruments). ⚖️

A gong bath (or sound bath) is a meditative experience where you "bathe" in the vibrations of healing instruments like gongs, bowls, and chimes. These sounds help shift your brain into restorative states, supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

What to Expect:

Simply lie down or sit comfortably, snuggle into your blanket, and allow the therapeutic sounds to wash over you. No two sessions are the same, but each offers space for stillness, self-care, and inner calm.

🧠 Benefits supported by scientific research may include:

– Activation of the lymphatic system

– Relief from chronic and acute pain

– Emotional and mood balance

– Lowered stress, anxiety, and blood pressure

– Improved sleep, memory, and focus

– Deep peace and physical relaxation

– Increased sense of wholeness and wellbeing

🕯 Session Details:Treat yourself to an hour of sound-led restoration to end your week with calm and clarity. Mats and cushions are provided. Please bring a blanket or any other items you wish for extra comfort.

📅 Please arrive 5 minutes early — doors close promptly to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted start.

We may use incense/aromas during the session, please let us know in advance if you'd prefer us not to.

Frequently asked questions

Can I attend a gong bath if I have never meditated before?

Absolutely! You don't need any meditation experience to benefit from a gong bath. The sounds naturally guide you into a relaxed and meditative state, so no specific skills are required.

What if I can’t lie down for the entire session?

We are happy to provide comfortable armchairs, either let us know in a message prior to the session, or mention it to us upon arrival - we strive to make our session accessible to all.

Are there any medical conditions that may affect participation?

While most people can safely enjoy a gong bath, it may not be suitable if you have certain conditions, including epilepsy (due to sensory stimulation). While we can give general advice, please consult with your healthcare provider if you have concerns or specific medical needs.
