About this event

Join us in this beautiful church setting to experience a selection of gongs and other instruments to relax and restore both your mind and body. The sound and vibrations from the gongs help to centre the mind, calm the nervous system, and restore vitality to the body.

Because of the size and acoustics of the space, you will be guided on a 75 minute immersive sound journey with two GONG team members and a smorgasbord of gongs and instruments. This is the perfect event to gather a group of friends, family members or co-workers for a unique experience, with plenty of distance to enjoy the unique vibrational effects.

This session is held at St Lukes church a short walk from both Caledonian road and Holloway road (Hillmarton Rd, London N7 9JE).

Everyone is welcome - experienced meditators and those curious to try a gong bath for the first time. The beauty of a gong bath meditation is that anyone can enjoy it, no experience necessary. (Please see note below about circumstances where gong baths might not be suitable).

Here are a few suggestions for what to bring:

• Something to lie on, such as a yoga mat(s)

• A blanket or warm jumper

• A pillow for your head

• Something to cover your eyes with

Spots are very limited so grab yours now!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Gong baths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you wear a hearing aid, your device should be turned off during the session. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.

Who will be leading the session?

This session will be led by Laetitia Bouffard and Satu Sound.

Laetitia is passionate about the magical and creative power of intentional sound. She offers transformative sound immersion experiences to help individuals in breaking away from their hectic routines, delving into deeper realms, and finding inner peace. She believes in the power of vibration to infuse freedom, light, and love into everyone's hearts. She also explores multisensory experiences incorporating sound, reiki and oil massage.

Satu is a Sound Therapist with 15 years experience in sound healing in the UK and abroad. She's played with GONG on Zoom and taken part in many Gong Pujas (all night gong sessions). She has played gongs at many festivals, recently at the annual Healing Weekend in Somerset. Gong Baths in her Yurt are happening regularly in North London.

Where else can I experience gong baths?

GONG also offers a daily schedule of virtual gong baths via Zoom as well as private sessions for teams. You can learn more about at www.aboutgong.com, read our full FAQs, and say hi on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/gongstories/.
