Allow me to tell you a little bit about the nature of Sound Healing and the Sound Bath.
Healing processes are initiated through entraining our brainwaves to synchronise with the perfect resonance of the instruments. Unique Solfeggio tones (healing Hertz frequencies) create the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages.
The pure sonic waves that ring from Tibetan Singing Bowls and Gong wake up our ability to hear with more than our ears. We feel the sound as much as we take it in with our ears.

You can catch bus: 89 from Lewisham, 53 from Orpington, 486 from North Greenwich, 96 and 53 from Woolwich, b16 and b15 from Kindbook or Eltham. You can also get a South Eastern train to Welling. Coming by car, there is a 2h free carpark at Tesco/Morrisions. Also free parking on residenttial roads.
