Just a short stroll from Brockley overground station, this wellness sanctuary features a delightful yoga studio, the perfect setting for our transformative gong bath.

October is a deeply meaningful month for many. It can symbolise the ending of summer and draw attention to the never ending cylce of death and re-birth. The days are growing shorter and the nights longer. Nature all around us teaches us that letting go musn't be pushed against but embraced.

Autumnal Magic will be in full swing and will come to pinnacle at the end of the month when many celebrate Halloween, Samhain, All Hallows Eve. This is a time where it is said the veil between the living and dead is at its thinnest. We will therefore pay special respects to all those who have gone before us and connect with our ancestors.

Imagine stepping into this tranquil space, laying down on a yoga mat, and allowing the soothing vibrations of the gong to wash over you. With an open heart and mind, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, as the powerful yet gentle sounds of the gong help you melt into the floor.

The gong is an ancient instrument, revered for centuries in rituals and ceremonies. Its rich tapestry of harmonics and hauntingly beautiful melodies can lower your brainwaves into a Theta state, promoting profound healing and inner peace. As the gong sings, you might experience vivid visuals, a deep sense of calm, or the emergence of long-forgotten emotions ready to be healed and integrated.

IMPORTANT BITS AND BOBS:

The studio will provide yoga mats and bolsters. Please bring your own blanket and pillow/eye pillow for extra comfort. A bottle of water is also recommended. Body temperature tends to drop during a gong bath, so please dress comfortably, in layers.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the session begins and avoid being late, as late-comers cannot be admitted.

Gong baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with pacemakers/metal implants, epilepsy, or any form of a serious mental health condition. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

Your facilitator:

Theresa holds transformative spaces across London and is a highly intuitive and at times melodramatic triple water sign. She is a mother to two young girls and spends her time chasing fairies in the park or baking cupcakes. She trained in many disciplines but sound healing and in particular the gong captured her heart.
