✨ Gong Bath Meditation ✨
You’re invited to an immersive sound journey with the gong — a space to slow down, release tension, and connect back to yourself.
During the session, you’ll be bathed in the deep, resonant vibrations of the gong. These sounds don’t just touch the ears — they move through the whole body, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and opening space for deep rest and renewal.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie down, and let the waves of sound carry you.

What can you expect?
• Smudging - energy clense
• Gentle breathing exercises
• Short guided meditation
• The use of other instruments such as; drum, koshi chimes and bells

This session is not recommended :
- During first trimester of pregnancy
- Suffer from epilepsy, Meniere's Disease, Tinnitus or severe Osteoporosis
- Have a pacemaker or recently undergone surgery with metal implants
- Sever Mental Health illlnesses
Note: Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the event starts to allow yourself to get comfortable. Late arrivals will not be let in as this disrupts the session.
