You are invited to experience the calming sounds and vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, and chimes—designed to support relaxation, reduce stress, and promote mental and physical balance as a non-clinical & natural approach to well-being.

What to Expect:

Doors open 5.45PM for 6pm start - No entry after 6pm

Please arrive about 15mins before so you have time to set up your find a spot and set up your nest.

A brief introduction and a settling in then I will lead you into an experience of soothing sounds and vibrations, using a variety of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, helping to relax your mind and body. Followed by a time of silence allowing the body to integrate the effects of the sounds and for you to slowly come round. There is no rush, so you have time to enjoy a light refreshment to round off your experience before heading home.

WHAT TO BRING

• Water to keep hydrated
• Cushion as required PLUS something REALLY warm and comfy to lie on. Your core temperature drops during sound healing and we will be lying on a hard floor for about 90 minutes. I recommend a folded duvet to lie on and a cosy blanket, throw or rug to relax under.
• Eye mask or eye beanie optional
• Yoga mat will be provided

WHAT TO WEAR

• Comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and that you can be comfortable and warm when lying down, layers are good, fluffy socks if you know you get cold feet.

Please let me know beforehand if any of the following apply:

• This is your first sound healing experience
• Any dietary requirements, allergies
• You’re unable to lie comfortably on the floor for about 90minutes
• You have sensitive hearing or tinnitus
• You have a severe medical condition
• You have mental illness
• You have a pacemaker fitted

This Sound healing is not recommended for any of the following:

• In the first and last trimester of pregnancy
• You have severe mental illness
• Not suitable for children under 16 years (at this session)
• No pets will be permitted

Parking

There is a pay & display car park near by. Also some street parking of which some parking is free after 5pm, please check signs.
