Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Transfers may be possible with our prior agreement - please contact us in advance to request this. We kindly ask that you arrive on time and bring a copy of your booking confirmation (digital or printed) with you for check-in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the workshop has begun, to honour the experience of all attendees. By booking this workshop, you agree to participate at your own discretion and take full responsibility for your wellbeing throughout the session.

9:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Arrivals & Welcome TeaArrive early, enjoy a calming tea, and settle into the serene Gong Space atmosphere.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Opening Circle & Introduction: “Exploring Self” Led by Ash, we begin with self-awareness, intention setting, and a short grounding meditation.

10:30 AM – 11:30 AM | Yoga for Presence & Flow A gentle, restorative yoga flow to release tension and connect body–mind.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Holy Fire Reiki Group Experience A guided group Reiki session to awaken inner healing, calm the nervous system, and foster deep energetic balance.

12:30 PM – 1:15 PM | Wholesome Vegan Lunch - Break Nutritious, light meal with space for connection or quiet reflection.

1:15 PM – 2:15 PM | Embodied Movement & Expression Gentle, guided movement blending somatic release, breathwork, and free expression to restore vitality.

2:30 PM – 3:20 PM | Choice Time: Mini Treatments or Reflection Space (Add-on option)Choose one:
