Good Chat is an initiative designed to facilitate open conversations around men’s mental health through bi-monthly events featuring prominent speakers from various walks of life. The charity was inspired by the personal experience of losing a close friend to suicide.

Who is Good Chat for?

Everyone is welcome. The target demographic is men in their twenties and thirties who are facing challenges and life pressures and feel a lack of spaces in which to have real conversations and find community. This a mens only event.

Are Good Chat's events a safe and private space?

We take safety and privacy very seriously. While some content is captured while the speakers are talking, we try to keep the event largely social media free and create a space where everyone feels comfortable to share without judgment.

What is Good Chat's mission?

The mission is to create a community where men feel supported, encouraged to talk openly, and empowered with practical tools for mental well-being.
