Blue Monday (20th Jan) is deemed to be the most depressing day of the year. Christmas and New Years celebrations are long gone, the weather is miserable AND the New Years resolutions you made are failing...
It doesn't all have to be all doom and gloom though! That's why I have gathered a range of inspirational health and mindset professionals to share their knowledge on a range of different topics. A few hours after work to help 're-boost' your motivation and inspiration to support you to have a healthy and happy 2020.
- Laura from Mind Nourishing (Nutritional Therpaist, Msc) will be chatting about how food effects your mood and give an oversight on how we can make changes to our diet to support LONGTERM wellbeing.
- The Empower Me Sisters will be chatting about goalsetting and minsdet.
- David from Agile Therapy is a physio and will be talking about movement and how we can again make small changes to boost and support our body.
- And then last but not least.... we will have Ruth a massage therapist from Restoration Therapies taking us through a beautiful guided meditation.
Oh and did I mention there will also be health food there for you to nibble on provided by Milk & Sugar!?
