Good Friday Masterclass with Big Green Egg.
Ladies and Gents this one is gonna be super special we will be showcasing a 40 whiskey dry age after a 60 day age on the bone. Not only it is a nice long age but we are using a Tomahawk from Swaledale in North Yorkshire. We can't express how special this Beef is. Standard tickets will show the preparation although if you go ultimate you can sit with us after the class and experience this incredible beef, with all the trimmings and a glass of red. Not only that we will give you a nice cold beer once you arrive.
This masterclass will showcase the use of direct heat on applewood, butchery and preparation of a Tomahawk, how to age at home using whiskey to give extra depth of flavour and our secret pan stock that is so ridiculous we might even make you sign a disclaimer not to give our secrets away.
