As part of our new health & happiness series at Millers Yard, we are hosting a free afternoon event - all things gut health!
Our gut has a huge impact on our overall health & the microbiome has been a hot topic of late with many research studies showing the powerful connection between gut & mental health.
You will be taken through some of the many amazing functions of the gut and what your digestive system needs to thrive and have you feeling healthy and happy!
Get ready to explore the wondrous world of the gut and discover simple ways to support your digestive health every day!

-Nutritional Therapist - Clarissa Nolan will be informing us of the gut brain connection
-Charlotte Batchelor will discuss gut health from a homeopaths perspective
-Dylan George will take you through gentle movement & breathing techniques to promote a happy gut
-Jo Dissanayake will be telling of her families journey with healing the gut and how it has made a difference to her kids, husband and herself.
