Good Manufacturing Practices for Small Manufacturers – Webinar

This webinar will Introduce the basics of good manufacturing practices for small and start-up food businesses. We will look at the operational conditions required by food businesses to produce safe and legally compliant food including foreign body management, cleaning and cleanliness, waste management, pest control and layout of premises.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask one of our technologists questions and will learn more about the technical support available from ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre.

The event will last approximately 1 hour (30 minute presentation and 30 minute Q&A session) and will take place via Zoom. You will receive an email with details of how to join prior to the event.
