About this Event

Good service doesn’t happen by accident. That’s why we’re taking this evening to showcase and celebrate the wonderful world of service design.

It’s a world where researchers, business analysts, designers, developers, content people and service managers work together to make things better. It’s a world where everyone pauses to understand what does and doesn’t work for real service users. It’s a world committed to collaboration, innovation and agile thinking. It’s a world that we, at Orange Bus, absolutely love - and we’d love to share it with you.

Who’s this event for?

You may be involved in service design already, either managing or delivering projects, wanting to meet like-minded experts.

You might manage a business, product or service yourself and want to know more about service design and how it could help you.

Or you could be an open-minded individual, intrigued by service design as a career path and wondering what opportunities are out there.

Whatever your interest, we hope you’ll find this event engaging, insightful and fun.

What’s going to happen?

The night will kick off with a series of lightning talks to walk you through some outstanding real-world examples of service design. The Orange Bus team will also share some of the tools and techniques that add value to our clients.

We’ll close with bags of time for networking, drinks and plenty of pizza.
