About the event
Join GoodGym Barnet for our friendly Tuesday night group run (walkers welcome too!). We meet outside the Phoenix Cinema on East Finchley High Road at 6:45pm, do a short warm-up, then run or walk together to a local charity or community project. After lending a hand for about 30–45 minutes, we return to the Phoenix by 8:30pm.
What to expect
- A fun, social way to get active and make a difference locally
- Options for all paces — whether you prefer running, jogging, or walking
- Friendly task leaders and run leaders to guide the session
- A warm welcome if it’s your first time
Venue & access
- Meeting point: Phoenix Cinema, 52 High Road, East Finchley, N2 9PJ
- Changing and toilets available in the cinema foyer
- Bags can be left securely at the cinema
- Sessions are free and open to everyone however we are a charity and if you use this regularly, we would hope for a contribution.
