This course is for anyone who uses GA4 or Universal Analytics and wants to deepen their understanding of the tool.

Is the training bespoke to any specific industry?

Accepted Answer

No, this training is a non-bespoke version of our GA4 training so it is accessible for lots of participants. If you are looking for more bespoke training then please contact us via our website as this is a service that we offer.

Question 4

Does the training include time for Q&A?

Accepted Answer

There will be the opportunity to use the 'chat' function on Zoom throughout the training; this will be monitored and as many questions as possible will be answered during the training session. We cannot guarantee to answer every question but will do our best!

Question 5

What are your cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the training and you will receive the full amount back (minus a non-refundable booking fee from Eventbrite of £24.92). Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds with less than 24 hours notice or once the training has passed.

Question 6

Can I transfer my ticket to another person or event?

Accepted Answer

Yes - you can book a ticket for yourself or a member of your team, and transfer it once booked. There is no fee to transfer your ticket to a different person, and a £25 admin fee to transfer your ticket to a different event, although we cannot guarantee that space on future events will be available.
