Our Google Analytics Workshop is an intensive, one-day, hands-on course aimed primarily at beginner-level users. It is delivered as a virtual 'live' classroom through the WebEx or Zoom platforms; group sizes are no more than 6.

Course Overview

Google Analytics is one of the most powerful and useful digital tools available to organisations. On this hands-on workshop we will explore Google Analytics from account set-up, to its standard features and on to its more advanced reporting capabilities.  The course is designed to help you better understand the activities of your customers, potential customers and even competitors to and around your website.

Who Is It Aimed At?

This course is aimed at beginner to intermediate-level students, who have a basic understanding of what Google Analytics is but would like to further develop their knowledge. People from marketing, sales, customer support and the technical departments will all find this course of interest.

What Is Our Approach?

Starting from the beginning of the day, and guided by the instructor, we will explore Google Analytics from account set-up, to its standard features and on to its more advanced reporting capabilities. This approach lets you learn the critical aspects of Analytics, whilst at the same time, letting you explore the data relating to your own website.

Equipment required

• You will need to use either a laptop or desktop machine for this virtual class

• We would recommend that you use the following browsers: Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

Cost

Our prices start at £199 +VAT (Early Bird offers exist). The price includes:

• Follow-on 30-minute Zoom session where we can answer individuals' specific business questions.

• If you have 2 or more staff attending we can offer a discount (not applicable to Early Bird pricing). For numbers above 5, you may want to look to give us a call.

Times

Courses start at 9.15 am and we ask delegates to sign in 5 minutes beforehand. We  would also ask you to make sure that you have checked your video/audio settings beforehand. The courses end at around 4.30 pm, though we will take breaks throughout for tea/coffee breaks and lunch.

Virtual Classrooms

WebEx and Zoom are perfect tools to help facilitate effective online learning in the current climate where people have to work from home. This form of training allows tutors and students to view and interact with each other in a virtual setting, display slides online, share Chrome browser, share their work with the tutor and fellow students.

So, how do Virtual Classrooms work?

It is pretty simple really. Here's what you need:

1. a laptop, desktop or tablet device

2. an Internet connection

3. the WebEx or Zoom application.
