Gordons are delighted to share details of our forthcoming training seminar in partnership with health and safety experts, Gauged Solutions.

Gordons regulatory team and Gauged Solutions, health and safety consultants, have collaborated in their shared goal to assist businesses to drive EHS compliance. This not to be missed seminar will highlight the challenges of dealing with regulatory investigations, enforcement and prosecutions from both a legal and practical perspective.

The event will cover:

• EHS legal updates for 2026
• How to respond to an incident and manage regulatory investigations
• Strategies on how to drive continuous improvement and a high-performance safety culture.

The morning training session will be delivered by Regulatory lawyers Simon Tingle and Rachel Little and will provide a practical insight into navigating an investigation or prosecution by a regulator such as the Health and Safety Executive, including incident investigation tips and the application of legal privilege.

The afternoon training session will be delivered by health and safety consultants Glenn Ridsdale and Asgeir Nilsen and will give an overview of how to turnaround poor EHS performance and provide meaningful mitigation in enforcement proceedings.
