GoTri Congleton!
A fun, entry level race designed to provide participants with a taste of triathlon. This will be a 100m pool based swim followed by a 4km bike and 3km run in the beautiful Congleton Park!
There will be no electronic chip timings. Bike checks will be offered on the day and bike helmets are mandatory to race (no refunds will be given if you are refused race entry due to not having a bike helmet).
Marshalls and first aiders will be on hand with drinks stations at the start of each lap.

Following the event there will be a Concert for Heroes which includes the famous Fodens Band.
The concert will feature a range of music from sporting and military themes as well as popular classics. Bring along a picnic and enjoy an evening of free summer entertainment in the park.
All proceeds from the event will support Help for Heroes and the Royal British Legion. Tickets are free of charge, with a suggested donation of £10 per ticket to support our chosen charities.
Foden's will perform 2x45min slots from 7.00pm

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This event is open to age 14+
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
You will need to make your own transport arrangements, parking will be available at Congleton Leisure Centre. Due to limited spaces you may want to car share if you are entering as a team.
What can/can't I wear to the event?
Swimming attire - bathing suits, swimming trunks or swimming shorts
Running - shorts and T-shirt
Bike - shorts and t-shirt/tri suit and a bike helmet (this is a mandatory requirement)

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another GOTRI event ran by Everybody Sport and Recreation Ltd

Tickets are non-refundable (extenuating cricumstances apply) but can be transferred to another GOTRI event ran by Everybody Sport and Recreation Ltd.
Extenuating circumstances: bereavement, serious injury (doctors note required), serious illness (doctors note required).
