To begin each session, a Guided Meditation establishes a means of cultivating mindfulness and self-awareness, allowing participants to gently clear the Mind and creating space for presence and clarity. The stillness before the Sound Bath establishes a centred foundation that enhances the depth of the healing experience. A 'Head and Heart' both mentally and energetically, in anticipation of the healing vibrations of the Sounds.
