Governance versus Commerciality

The ICSA Bailiwick of Guernsey Branch is pleased to announce the launch of its 2014 programme with a seminar on Governance versus Commerciality. Simon Osborne, Chief Executive of ICSA, and Ian Kirk, Partner of Collas Crill will consider managing the potential conflicts between regulation, corporate governance and the commercial aspects of doing business.
This lunchtime seminar will be presented in the Dorey Room at St James on Thursday 30 January 2014 at 12.30pm.
Refreshments and buffet will be served from midday.
This seminar is accredited by ICSA for 1.5 hours CPD and certificates are available upon request when booking.
ICSA members, students and non-members are all welcome. This seminar is intended to be relevant to administrators through to directors from all sectors of the Island's business and finance community.
