Government disability employment policy: current directions of the Charter

About the speaker

Kim Hoque

Kim Hoque is Professor of Human Resource Management and Vice Dean (People and Culture) at King’s Business School, King’s College London. He has researched and published widely on HRM, employment relations and EDI, focusing in particular on disability employment.

In 2013 he co-founded the Disability@Work research group. In 2020 he was appointed to the Centre for Social Justice Disability Commission, and in 2021, alongside leading campaign groups in the disability charity sector and the union movement, he co-founded the Disability Employment Charter.
