Ever considered a career in civil service property? The Government Property Jobs Showcase is the perfect event for you to find out about the exciting opportunities available to play a role in the valuation, acquisition and management of land and buildings for a wide variety of government purposes. We will be showcasing current and future opportunities in a number of departments at all levels including surveying and facilities management apprenticeships, graduate schemes for those with RICS accredited degrees and vacancies for chartered surveyors in a range of disciplines.
Whether you are at the beginning of your career, returning after a break or looking for a change of direction we have something for everyone interested in a career in property in government. Those who are not already professionally qualified will be able to speak to some of the professional bodies we work with to find out how we can support your career development. Only nationals from the following countries (or associations of countries) are generally eligible for employment in the Civil Service: the United Kingdom (and British protected persons), the Republic of Ireland, the Commonwealth, the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland and Turkey1 .
