Miss Sevina Tzortzis graduated from the University of Birmingham and completed her training on Ear, Nose and Throat surgery in the West Midlands. Her special interest include Facial Plastic Surgery and Rhinology .She deals with conditions such as skin cancer, nose bleeds, nasal allergies, anosmia, nasal polyps, sinusitis and nasal blockage. She is a core member of the Multidisciplinary Team for skin cancer management.
Miss Tzortzis is a Clinical Governance and Patient Safety lead chairing two meetings per month on how to make things safer for ENT, learn from complaints and compliments, audit our results and treatment pathways.
Miss Tzortzis is responsible for the training and assessment of GP trainees during their rotation in ENT as well as clinical supervisor for our ENT Registrars during their rotation. She has created and set up several courses including West Midlands FRCS Registrar Viva course, West Midlands Facial Plastics dissection course and Ultrasound neck aspiration course. She has also established the Women in Otolaryngology West Midlands group. Miss Tzortzis is currently in the process of obtaining another degree from the University of Paris in Rhinology.
